Inspection Checklist

Exterior Inspection

Collect mail, packages, or newspapers from the driveway and place them inside.
Walk around the home; check doors, screens, and windows to ensure they are secure.
Inspect the roof, chimney, and gutters for any obvious issues.
Check pool and spa water levels and listen for the pump.
Look for insect or rodent problems.
Ensure the garage is operational but closed and secure.
Bring in garbage cans from the roadside.
Inspect patios, porches, and garden furniture.
Verify that faucets and hoses are turned off.
Look for evidence of unauthorized entry, vandalism, and water-related issues such as displaced patio furniture, fallen branches, etc.
Check siding and exterior walls for cracks, damage or signs of wear
